Now it's
time to use that imagination of yours!
      
"Create" a type of bird
that would adapt in the biome or community of your choice (for example:
Fremd High School, the rainforest, Palatine,IL.). DO NOT use a bird that
already inhabits that area.
Requirements:

Draw
a large colorful picture of your bird. Don't forget to include the
bird's common name under the picture. |

Describe
the bird's habitat. Be specific about where it lives (in the tree top, under
logs, in a gymnasium) and what it eats. |

Describe
the beak of the bird: length, structure, and function. Include
why this helps the bird to adapt in its environment. |

Describe
the toes, nails, and function of the feet. Include how these features
help your bird to survive in the biome. |

Describe
any other adaptations that can be seen on your bird and how those
adaptations help the bird's survival. |
